Someone recently asked me to break down the differences between @tipn and @noiceapp 

Both offer a wide variety of useful tools.  I see tremendous benefits for using both. 

@tipn

Limitations:
- ONLY uses USDC 
- ONLY tips likes

Perks:
- stake tipn for daily USDC rewards 
- unstake any time
- receive $tipn rewards 
- allowances
- lower mc at 1.3m

@noiceapp 

Limitations:
- no allowances
- no staking mechanism

Perks:
- tip ANY token
- Tip on likes, comments, quote casts, recasts and follows
- SUPER tips using key words
- scheduled airdrops for usage
- NO GAS and NO FEES charged

For the second time today, using an app NATURALLY yields success.

Breakdown of what I did with @tipn:

When $tipn dropped, I knew immediately that I had to participate.

- I set my likes to 1 penny
- I NEVER felt this pain
- I reload $10 maybe every 10 days
- idk how much I've tipped but I've receive ~$30 in tips

REWARDS:

- 50k in tipn rewards
- I also staked roughly 1.7m and to date this has yielded $71 in USDC 
- allowance 

ALLOWANCE:

- For this usage and volume, I now have 120k $tipn allowance for the month

I didn't abuse the app.  I optimized it to participate with the community, and it was incredibly fun.  

I will continue to use TIPN to spread good vibes on this app!

Breakdown of what I did:

When $noice dropped, I knew immediately that I had to participate.

I wanted to find a balance of how much I was tipping and how much I tipped out.

Most days, I'm tipped more than I send out.  In order to combat and balance this, I had several days where I highlighted a different token and tipped larger amounts.

My 30d tab shows I earned $112 and tipped $73.

For this usage and volume, I received 6m $noice tokens valued at roughly $350.

I didn't abuse the app.  I optimized it to participate with the community, and it was incredibly fun.  

I will continue to use noice and find the correct balances of tipping.  

But for today, we're making it rain $noice.

1 million $noice will go back to the community 🙌

I think other headline difference is:

$TIPN is an ‘Appcoin’ so it uses revenue from ‘trading tax’ (3%) to fund itself basically (staking yield, allowance, etc)

$NOICE is a Clanker so it earns a split of creator fees of the typical LP/swap fees of 1% 

“Flywheels” of each thus much different and incentives very unique between each one. $TIPN wants to self-sustain and grow organically, $NOICE shooting for the moon like Degen did imo

honestly no reason not to run both and catch the best of both worlds

Nice breakdown! Love both of them.

Would be great to see you review @tipdotmd, even if tip based, very different goal and value prop.

Honestly, I was really eager to use both from the beginning, but Noice didn’t include me in the airdrop, and Tipn didn’t give me an allocation.
Right now, I’m very, very disappointed. Great projects—but it feels like they don’t count regular accounts.
