Book 2 of Silo trilogy arrives Friday, which means I want to finish Bobiverse Book 2 by then Already about 1/4 done @zherring Blindsight arrived today and the plan is for it to be my next read after finishing the silo trilogy I can’t read multiple books at once…my brain doesn’t work like that

A lot of talk about how China won't slow down in the event we start pacing AI development I don't perceive China's safety against AI to be that much further than ours and is more likely at parity. And if they continued to develop AI at a breakneck pace I imagine they would have their own Hugging Face incident or worse
