So… gave up the Apple Watch, didn’t get fat yet. I may look like less of a dork. I think my main thought about that whole experience is that it’s good to use a fitness tracker to get yourself in the habit of exercising, but there comes a plateau after which the reasonable thing to do is just stop wearing it. 🫡
