Some of mine I write down everything for 20 years now in leuchtturm1917 notebooks. I always use a Lamy pen. Red with blue ink. Same one for many many years; replace the ink cartridge regularly. I call my mom 3 times per week. I cook breakfast and dinner whenever I can. Usually every weekday. I like getting my haircut weekly. I don’t hate anyone. I’m always optimistic. To a fault. I take people on their word. To a fault.

• I start my day with a 5-minute cold shower. • I begin with warm water, then switch to cold. • I place my phone nearby and play a guided breathwork session by Dan, one of my favorite breathwork coaches. Link • I do the breathwork in the cold water for 5 minutes. (The guided session lasts 6 minutes. I switch to cold water after the first minute) • This habit has been life-changing for me after years of practice. • It pulls me up from wherever I am, leaving me sharp and balanced to start the day.
