Some of mine 

I write down everything for 20 years now in leuchtturm1917 notebooks.

I always use a Lamy pen. Red with blue ink. Same one for many many years; replace the ink cartridge regularly. 

I call my mom 3 times per week. 

I cook breakfast and dinner whenever I can. Usually every weekday. 

I like getting my haircut weekly. 

I don’t hate anyone. 

I’m always optimistic. To a fault. 

I take people on their word. To a fault.

I tossed soo many away after a nostalgic very slow day cleaning the garage. Some regret over that. I hope you're keeping yours.
