Sometimes I think of drama as an ecosystem: - Predators - people who feed on conflict for energy or control. - Scavengers - those who only appear once drama is in the air, feeding off leftovers (rumors, secondhand emotions) - Pollinators - rare people who can turn a tense exchange into creative momentum. instead of amplifying conflict they transform it into something constructive.

But the longer you stay quiet, the heavier it gets. The more you hold in, the more it owns you.

Problem: City life takes away microbial diversity. Pollution, sterile environments, and lack of nature exposure weaken our microbiome. Studies link this to higher inflammation, which disrupts serotonin and dopamine balance - fuelling stress, anxiety, and sudden anger waves. Solution: Forests are rich in airborne microbes that restore microbial balance. Inhaling these bacteria reduces inflammation, stabilizes neurotransmitters, and calms the nervous system. Action: Deep breath. Forest air. Microbial reset. Science-backed mood control.
