What the devs are working on this week:
-Clanker: fixed Clanker tokens not showing up in the Farcaster wallet + ongoing wash-trading detection tuning + monitoring/reliability improvements behind the scenes
-Protocol: verifications moving to a setup where one address can back multiple accounts + blocks moving onto the protocol in new Snapchain release
-Open source: still prepping the clean, security-audited public snapshot of the Farcaster client + reviewing older public repos to archive
-Search: fully cut over to a new backend after weeks of side-by-side parity testing
-Feed quality: trending + for-you ranking got a revamp, powered by a richer quality score that now backs search, recommendations + follow-list filtering
-Wallet: finished the data-provider migration (shows your last-known balances + a heads-up banner if a provider goes down) + migrating onchain data infra for more reliable balances & activity
-Mini apps: push notifications now on for everyone when you install a mini app (easy opt-out)
Known issues we're working on (not an exhaustive list, just what the intern has seen the most of):
Wallet
-Scattered reports of the wallet not connecting for some users + one token that can't be sold to USDC on one chain (reproduced, being looked at)
-Some tokens you hold still not showing up (manual refresh works, working on automating it)
-Wallet inside mini apps doesn't work on Firefox
-Swap screen sometimes shows mismatched units between the top + bottom amounts
Feed & threads
-Unfollowing someone can leave them still showing in your following list
-Tapping the Recast/Quote icon sometimes doesn't open the menu until you scroll
Other
-Spaces embeds get squished when a post has other embeds
-Recently fixed: push-notification settings reverting on web, video uploads hanging forever, a failed post eating your drafted quote text, and a recovery flow that could lock people out of login

notification app icon badges on iOS are still there after viewing the notification
would love to be able to hide tokens on our profiles. warplets are filled with spam/scam tokens and it looks bad (and potentially misleading) when viewing profiles. hiding in the wallet maybe could also hide it from the public profile view too?

Could I make a request?
When quoting another post, we can select two or more photos, but the post does not go through in the end. I would prefer it if we could only select one photo.

Some collectibles won’t load properly. We need a refresh option. I’ve pushed several updates trying to match Farcaster but still nothing. They show perfectly on OS.
