Man I REALLY enjoyed this movie Mid 90s last night. Almost didn’t watch because while I can take almost anything, child abuse is a theme that I struggle with deeply. Highly recommend 🛹 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Plus it’s always great to hear @bootiebrown.base.eth in the soundtrack.

Are there any J. R. R. Tolkien fans out there of his immortal works, The Hobbit and The Lord of the Rings? After seeing all of the movies, I’d allowed years to go by before watching the Amazon Prime TV series, The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power. Perhaps it’s covered in the books which I’ve yet to read, but I’d never actually learned who the Lord of the Rings was. I thought it might’ve been one of the hobbits. To me, it was an inscrutable puzzle all but lost to the fantastic storytelling in the movies. Well, I just finished season 2 and have rekindled my interest in Tolkien’s story. Can’t wait until season 3 starts this November!

A guy who made his first AI film in ten days for $425 just got signed by a Chinese studio to expand his film into a movie. While the West moralizes, China capitalizes.

Someday actors will serve mostly as movie endorsers while AI does most of their acting.

The new Resident Evil movie looks like it will feature a side story set in the universe of the games. It would be quite refreshing to see a Hollywood game adaptation run respectfully parallel to the main story instead of running roughshod over it.

Seventy percent of Hollywood movies use AI in their production pipelines. They just hide it behind polish and credits. Hating indie filmmakers for using it just gives Hollywood more power.
