444 users took up to much gas to send out via empire due to newly implemented gas limits on Base
Currently working on coordinating with @wake to get funds sent to distribute in multiple batches via disperse

Hooks are hard af, big shout out @0xbhaisaab for all the hard work they've put in, app is done, mini app is undergoing testing, hooks have been deployed and are being tested and undergoing the whitelisting process, dev team has been putting in massive work despite multiple roadblocks and everything coming together nicely
