I used to run one but couldn’t keep up with the manual updates so I stopped. Not sure if it’s been added but an auto updater of sorts would be fantastic!

- Not always clear what "healthy" is (e.g. am I fullyyy in sync?) - Would love more configuration options (e.g. keep events longer, parallelize initial sync, change dir for storage) - Is gRPC still supported? - Direct access to underlying db - Clustering support (2+ hubs explicitly staying in sync with each other)

Can’t configure the script to route grafana to a different port so I can run both my eth validator and hub at the same time with grafana visibility for both

Been thinking that the trie db should be configurable separately from the main db. Not sure if it's useful to anyone else but my current setup though 😅

When running as a single docker container, make the 2 separate volume mounts optional and by default only require one at a generic ../data path ie. Handle .hub .rocks dirs internally https://github.com/farcasterxyz/hub-monorepo/blob/main/docker-compose-multinode.yml#L42

Would love some more info in docs about the internals, the process to understand some of the message types for grpc API is a lot of investigating source code across the nodejs library and protos

I would love to have a properly working package to sync data into an SQL database. I started out with the replicator, but it was impossibly slow and the shuttle package is in beta, so I have created my own lightweight solution to sync casts and replies for now.
