AI 時代我的效率和能力提高了， 但創意跟熱情卻好像成反比下降。 每天追 AI 熱點、研究新工具、探索模型邊界， 看起來很充實，實際上卻沒有利用 AI 獲得任何價值。 有種山寨季末期還在打狗的即視感。 又累又忙，又沒有收穫。
