Your sphere of influence is much stronger the smaller you go. Tell your friends you love them. Call your parents if they’re still around. Be kind to strangers until they give you a reason not to be. Look for small opportunities to make a positive impact.

This is something that I am trying to do more of in my life. After losing my little brother this year, I realized how much time I have been wasting on shit that doesn’t matter. How many times I pushed off a chance to spend tie with him because I was busy with something that doesn’t matter. When you’re on your deathbed (if you even get that far), you won’t look back and wish you’d spent more time at work.
