Spent some time yesterday setting up a local LLM server. I’ve got it set up with Gemma 4 31B and Qwen 3 Coder 30B, both with 64k context windows. Using ollama and Open WebUI, both accessible from anywhere via Tailscale.
The process was way simpler than anticipated.

What you can do via MCP (and programmatically in general) is very limited. Thinking about switching to Penpot for design stuff

No doubt agents need payment methods but I wonder if we’re overblowing the extent at which agentic commerce will actually occur. What are the agents buying? API access? To what?

Too much sleep can be detrimental to leaving a legacy (yeah, of course)
Neither, I think too much introspection can lead to not taking enough action which is of course detrimental to being “great” which I am defining as having imposed your will significantly on the world. But I don’t think introspection itself is negative which is why I don’t think the comment is literally true.
