Sitting at a desk has harmed my body in so many ways. - less steps - poor posture - deactivated glutes, tight hip flexors, overextended hammies - less time outdoor in the sun

Feel u, I’ve been without physical activity for a month due to injuries and I’ve been spending a lot of time just working and this has caused me to feel my body totally stuck

Didn't hit me until I finished my 2nd decade at a desk, but it caught up eventually.

I’m in the same boat. Played soccer and biked throughout my childhood then went straight to sitting in front of a computer 10 hours a day My hips and lower back are suffering the consequences. I’ve been actively trying to retrain my body over the last year but it’s hard to unlearn bad habits

I got hemorrhoids when I was 36 years old. Start standing deck immediately it’s no joke. Standing desk fixed so many problems for me and you get used to it in a couple weeks and don’t even realize you’re standing
