IRL walking meetings. Underrated if there’s no screensharing needed. Arguably preferred since walking activates the brain and whatnot.

I try to take as many meetings as I can via phone and I tell people I’m walking. 

I need it.

Walking meetings are also good for performance reviews because it’s less adversarial to be walking beside someone rather than face to face
