You could use the $RMX as the native currency, players could buy the coin and then creators could earn from the fees, as for players, they could be rewarded based on skills.

Seriously? Women aged 18 to 34. In my extremely naive opinion, this is best served through micro influencers and social media. Ie make it easy to share vids of gameplay through social channels

Ground up not top down. Incentivize players not influencers and be careful with marketing spend. You want depth and spread not flash in the pan. You don't seem to be doing a lot wrong by making stuff desirable to play, with the potential for monetary reward. If you want to reach devs, give opportunity to new talent and make it worth their while to stick around.
