okay this book was obviously excellent, but I fear it may fall into the category of “book so eye opening and shocking it must be slop” ex: Sapiens, Why We Sleep, Thinking Fast and Slow so who has the obscure blog post or article that explains why most of the book is BS?

Haven’t read this book, but from the reviews I’ve read, it’s (sadly) relatively well researched and credible. we’re only ever 30 mins away from full scale nuclear war (due to high launch readiness) and likelihood of nuclear use is higher than at any point since at least the end of the cold war.
