My favorite thing about Network Nations is the constantly shifting goalposts and reluctance from thought leaders to clearly state what a network nation is and what the criteria are for being one. Academics make useful contributions but there comes a time when ignoring them is the only way to get things done.

If everyone who likes worker co-ops joined a worker co-op, we'd have a lot of strong worker co-ops. If everyone who likes unions joined a union, we'd have stronger unions. If every crypto regen who likes these things, did these things, we'd have a stronger presence in the labor movement. Wouldn't that be cool?
