It looks like I need way more from the pic, I get it. But it was creamy enough, especially underneath. And my personal preference is that I want to taste spaghetti and guanciale more than I want to taste the sauce.

IMO the sauce should elevate the pasta. But the pasta is the main thing.

We will have a pasta-off at some point if you ever come to Texas or I go to wherever you're at
