It looks like I need way more from the pic, I get it. But it was creamy enough, especially underneath. And my personal preference is that I want to taste spaghetti and guanciale more than I want to taste the sauce.

IMO the sauce should elevate the pasta. But the pasta is the main thing.

Took you advice, when wife came home, hers was with much more sauce and more creamy. She loved it.
