Well I agree with the fact that you mentioned, Smaller NFTS gets stucked and we can’t sell it while we can sell a small token. IMO this is the biggest reason why NFTs are below Memecoins and if this issue goes away we gonna witness a strong comeback from the side of NFTS

This is such a good post. Thanks. I’d argue that memecoins are already so saturated that they look a lot like NFT cycles previously. Something few have really cracked is liquidity inside a specific context as opposed to the wider “market.” I see a lot of value in art, membership, avatars in games, mini apps, etc..

I collected lots of NFTs at low/mid tier price over the bull run period and 99% turned to dust. Unlike a defi protocol that is self sustaining and incremental in function build over time - NFT projects (At that point of time) keep needing more narrative and hype to keep it afloat - at the end of the day, the NFT needs to serve a purpose more than pure collectibility (there are only very few of those projects) to be relevant.

I think NFT will have another run when we will see a positive P&L for all categories ^^ Maybe the "USD Volume" metric isn't so revelant anymore? idk how many skins are being traded on CS2 but the quantity of items being traded in video games is growing pretty fast (and IMX is missing here). But if people are only waiting to get "paid" for playing video games, I'm not sure they're ready to pay high price (onchain!) for legendary gears / items. Also, June isn't over but buyers are coming back 🚀
