Just finished up a doctor visit. I lost 15 lb since he saw me 6 months ago ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘ hitting the gym, swimming a few times a week, and biking everyday is certainly helping!

Yes, my friend, the basics work well. Being consistent is important, and consistency is not about giving 100% every day. Consistency is about doing your best within what is possible for you. I am a nutritionist in Brazil and I always tell my patients this! I am happy for you, my friend. Keep it up!
