Just finished up a doctor visit. I lost 15 lb since he saw me 6 months ago 👍👍👍 hitting the gym, swimming a few times a week, and biking everyday is certainly helping!

Yes, my friend, the basics work well. Being consistent is important, and consistency is not about giving 100% every day. Consistency is about doing your best within what is possible for you. I am a nutritionist in Brazil and I always tell my patients this! I am happy for you, my friend. Keep it up!

Thanks! I'm at a pretty healthy weight and get a lot of cardio for work now. I literally bike and swim for work! In a few months I presume I'll be down another 10 to 195lbs which is a healthy weight for me, with a little extra for good luck 😉
