In my experience, when an account fails to do two or more things (casting, replying, liking, or replying), it is a bot.

@aho @apex777.eth and @v are on my 14d naughty list π 1st is on livecaster casts so it wasn't really replies to aho I think real users would eventually also just stop replying when there's never any mutual engagement

Bunch of mine were spam and others I did NOT get notifications for and itβs frustrating. A few were really low effort replies and I didnβt have time to figure out if they were an automated account. Some I liked but their reply didnβt really need a reply.

I've thought about it, but it's difficult to set a limit on which forms of engagement you take with you because it's context-dependent. If I ask a question and I only get a like, that like has little value. That's why I prefer to keep it simple, if someone never says anything back, while you've replied three or more times, then you'll be on this list. Of course, you have to interpret the outcome of the list because it depends on the context whether someone does not respond back.
