This is the one I was going to do. Happens when you have a lot of unchecked notifications and try to scroll through them all. At some point you can’t scroll anymore and then this happens (for me anyway)

I have experienced this too - it happens when I’m scrolling my own replies “too fast”. I just close the whole thing and re-launch.
