. @jacob has convinced me that coins are a huge unlock for creativity 2y ago, we had stigma around open editions, but we worked through that and it was better for creators now we do coins: let's build smart coins that deliver positive sum value for creators and consumers and make the internet *more* creative

more resources and funding for creators a coin where all trading fees go back to creator a coin where the creator share linearly vests over a year a coin where you pair it against a creator token and then do buy and burn of it

This is exactly what we are building at thecreators.com / CreateOnBase, and with an emphasis on being an open creator graph, interoperable creator directory, creator launchpad where each drop is associated with a token in the clanker/create ecosystem. We are snowballing and gaining size as a global network of creators, that will work directly with The Builder Network / buildonbase. The larger this collective of creators gets, the more collective bargaining power we have on the world stage to direct the attention economy to creators on base.

I find it intriguing, I think it has a place, and I am sure as heck going to play with it. But... having said that, having to learn about coin mechanisms and buy and burn is going to take time out of my creative time. I'm not fully seeing it, especially because the "latte-priced-art" meta (the 0.000777 zora mint fee) worked very well for me, and the lower price did not. This seems to be even a step further.
