Appreciate any feedback on this 1-pager for qrcoin.fun.

Goal was to make it simple, accessible, and easy to understand, even for people who are not into crypto (yet).

note: the pay with card / USDC bit is not yet enabled but we are working on it so I wrote this as if it's already working because it significantly simplifies the answer to the how do i bid question

The answer to "What is It?" has room for improvement. 

a section of the Dialectic podcast feat. @jacob came to mind for me:

"What's the meme that goes with this? What's the one sentence that, when people are talking about this in a meeting, in a room, or to another colleague, is just going to communicate the whole thing in a second?"

website is implied already, so what else can we say to keep the reader intrigued to continue reading the rest of the document?

the answer in the doc is max simple but not comprehensive

more comprehensive could be combination of the first 3 Q&A:

qrcoin.fun is a website with a daily auction where the winner can point the QR to any website they want to drive attention to for a day.

max meme-like but less tangibly descriptive might be something like:

qrcoin.fun is an onchain attention machine

you're a power user -- what's compelling to you? anything materially outside of these areas?

Two quick ones: 1) Consider "If you prefer using cryptocurrency, you can connect your wallet and pay with USDC on Base or Solana" as second sentence in how to bid 2) May want to note $QR being on @base blockchain  · 👓 🔵

All very clear except for “why is it called qrcoin.fun”

Non crypto people will struggle with the answer.  No clear line between having a contract address and its purpose, and how it maps to the name 

The big unanswered question I have after reading this is what happens when spammers find you?

if we are successful, spammers should be a real problem, but i have ideas for solutions

for now i've been super pleasantly surprised by not only the lack of spam but the quality of bids, pretty unbelievable tbh given non trivial amount of bidding that link quality has been  high as it's been

helpful thank you, i think the two questions and answers can remain separate but probably the first one with which you have an issue can be improved, i've considered a few alternatives as it can be a bit awkward phrasing. Breaking the sentence into 3 parts, wondering if any of these would be improvement for you:

Part 1: The winner of the daily auction

Part 2: 
a. decides (current)
b. determines
c. chooses
d. controls 

Part 3:
a. where the QR points for a day. (current)
b. the link to which the QR points for a day.
c. the website that the QR points to for a day.

It all reads clearly to me. One very minor note would be potentially changing “points” in the second bullet point. The next bullet point clarifies but would maybe consolidate the two or change to something like directs to a website of your choosing, etc

thanks, just formatting for the 1 pager you mean? or the website itself? I wanted to make it a 1 pager for the purpose of sharing here but if/when we add it to the website it would be either scrollable or otherwise easier to read.

I would love to make it readable on my phone. It’s a top priority: font, spacing, word count…
