This would also give a great incentive to post high-quality or valuable content. My hope is that this would also nudge people to post things that are more informative, useful or insightful rather than just entertaining. The amount of tips would also be a great signal that can be used in feeds to rank content!

Seconded. I’m missing this so far. Say what you want about Nostr, but this has been possible there for a long time and is very easy to do (or at least it used to be on mobile until Apple no longer wanted the microtransactions where they can’t charge 30%).

Exactly! I'm building an AA wallet with Farcaster. So users control their wallets only with casts eg "@vault send @jacob 100$". The thing you are talking about is on the roadmap, the bot will be released next week. Currently on Optimism mainnet, more chains later.
