My first 10k! πŸŽ‰πŸŽ‰πŸŽ‰ I’ll never forget it! I must confess that I had to stop a bit in the middle to drink some water. It was way too hot. I need some advice on hydration. How do you do in hot days? Do you carry water with you? After how many km do you drink water?

Oh wow well done πŸ‘ I am considering training to run. A friend the other day, said how he can’t see me running, well it might be just the line to make me running. This is impressive speed. I have a plastic pouch for water actually with the tube, very convenient, I use it for hiking but might be good idea for running

Oh yes, start to run. I started one year ago more or less and had a lot of support and tips from the running community here on Farcaster. I started with an app. It is the easiest way. You start walking and running and then improve little by little. It is worth it!

It is really very nice. I truly recommend it. With an app, it is easier. I also talked about this with @sofi888. And she stated some weeks ago. How is it going, Sofi?

Following Sofi now, need some peer pressure, when do you do your runs and how long @sofi888 would like to use your case as an inspiration

To start with, you can find free apps that offer β€œcouch potato to 5k”. I think they are all similar. After 5k, I couldn’t find anything free. So I am paying now.

I'm not sure I'm good at motivation because it took me probably half a year to start running. πŸ˜„ πŸ˜„ I just got tired of thinking about it and not doing it. Just start; don't wait for the perfect time, weather, mood, etc.. As @camilags and @alor advised me before, running shoes are the most important at first. I also would advise doing some warm-up (the simplest exercises) before and after running. Yes, I'm using the 5K app. For beginners, it's good, I think. Waiting for your photos from the run. πŸ˜ƒ πŸ‘
