How long do you let your steak rest after cooking?

Ok. A couple comments here. 1. You’re not using enough pepper and salt before cooking it. More pepper and salt will create a better crust and sear. 2. You need more heat. Whatever temperature you’re using. Double it. At least for the searing part. You can sear and then put it in the oven. Get it really crispy. 3. Baste in butter and garlic. 4. Rest 5-8 minutes.

It rests in my stomach immediately after it comes off the grill (Jokes aside, about 5 mins but sometimes a little longer)

I endorse your selection of wine, strictly for personal vanity reasons.
