two years ago when i started highlighting fc’s inflated stats (dau, engagement metrics) many ogs snapped back at me..
i had a couple hundred followers at the time; they had hundreds of thousands (h/t auto-follow list!)
most of those tourists are no longer active
they never actually cared about decentralized social
