One of my favorite ingredients to use in recipes is homemade chicken stock cubes. :) I make them in advance whenever I roast a chicken and keep them in my freezer. They add so much extra flavor :)

This is very good and convenient, I also have a lot of frozen preparations, it is easy and pleasant to cook with them.

We do the same at home over here too but we don't keep them as cubes. We just pour the stock into plates and keep them in the freezer. We use the stock to cook chicken stew, jollof rice and fried rice.

I do this too! I freeze 4 oz and 8 oz blocks and then cubes for anything else!
