Since moving to states, one thing I am very happy is that I get to get a lot of great fresh seafood. Here I am at #foundoyster , food was simple but high quality and most of all we had a great time. Also, I noticed since moving here, the restaurants opening nowadays seem to be pretty conservative in terms of cuisine/style. Is this what diners want nowadays? No more fun in the food? Just curious 🧐

I think that depends on your location. Restaurant business is also difficult and risky here so maybe playing it safe. Lots of great restaurants have been shutting down due to costs especially here in the Bay Area 💔

You didn't trust the raw oysters from street hawkers in Bangkok? I legit saw a man in Chinatown shuck a plate of oysters and rinse them off with the hose -- I pray no one died from that!
