Most definitely no lifting for a few days if the pain or discomfort persist most definitely seek medical assistance the backs not to be played with and deadlift is a motion thats prone to causing injury 🙏🏾 Take it easy and get well soon 🤗

That's not good Ellie. As the other commenter mentioned, rest initially and see how it feels in a day or two, you might need to see a physio if it still hurts. A snap definitely sounds scary.
