I still can't cast or reply to /degen.
This bug(?) is a problem. is already given up because @jacek also couldn't solve it.
Changing to farcaster didn't help.
Thus, I can't participate here.

My theory would be that a channel started with ModBot and people got kicked. But ModBot kept a list of people who got kicked and it won’t let them rejoin no matter what. 

This happened to /purple when we jumped from @automod 

We accidentally banned a ton of folks. 

Someone probably needs to clear out the banned queue.

Ultimately, the cause is not clear.

Maybe @haole knows if ModBot was ever used and if there is a banned list that got accidentally created.

I can take a look, but even there was a ban list, moderate can manually invite to channel

Over a month ago @jacek raised this issue with @woj.eth but no response from him and nothing changed.
Perhaps there is no one who can solve this problem.

Probably no one banned you in purpose, but it happened when they changed moderation settings.

If so, it would be a relief in terms of feelings.
I don't remember doing anything that would get me banned.

Purple

Most mods don’t understand the intricacies of channels and won’t until they run into crazy issues and have to ask 8 people what they did wrong ;)

The same thing may have happened with /purple, as there are others who can't get into /degen.

We legit banned like 30 people from the /purple channel on accident and it took us like 48 hours of panic to figure out what happened. It’s because we removed them from the channel to change it after automod. We didn’t realize it would assume we wanted them PERMANENTLY banned!
