100%, we're in the "attract" phase, which is *always* followed by the "extract" phase once users are sufficiently locked in.

IMO the best strategy now is to use all the subsidized intelligence we can to build the tools we need to ensure we can never be locked in.

Use the access, abuse it, but don't grow dependent on it.

Chatgpt mostly. Keep trying Claude and can't get it to write the way I want. I think it can scan websites now but chatgpt launched Google doc connect which was a game changer for work
