I appreciate my neighbors One near me cut down cherries for me because he knew how much I liked them He saw me today and I thanked him He invited me to his back yard and together we picked a bowl of cherries To be honest I’m not good with ppl doing me favors so I always feel awkward and don’t know how to say thanks @geaux.eth I only remembered your lesson once I got home But I need to remember that when ppl offer love it’s meant to be accepted and doesn’t need to be reciprocated in any way So I appreciate that lesson Plus I appreciate cherries 🍒 they’re fucking awesome

Sometimes the only love language a person knows how to speak is the one you have the hardest time accepting. For this reason, relationships can feel hard. Sure. Yes. That’s the case now. But I’d argue that if you are willing, I believe that relationship has a longer, wider runway than you would ever expect. You are worth the love that feels hard to receive.
