I cooked a three course dinner last night:

- avocado and crab 
- chicken ballotine with a mushroom cream and parsley oil sauce, made with the bones of the chicken 
- poached pear with mascarpone

Pretty challenging tbh -- took me several hours of prep & actual cooking. And rolling the actual chicken together took me a few tries

Looking rad Colin, how hard was it to cook that chicken dish and did you work off of a specific recipe?

What was the ratio of time spent preparing : time spent eating?

Sometimes i feel bad for myself for being a vegetarian

Looks 🔥 — next time, add a side of apple cider vinegar before the meal 🍽️
