We also moved off the API keys and signed up for the Max plan ASAP once it was offered. Saved us so much money. But also meant Anthropic set the ceiling on recurring revenue opportunities for any team out there competing on code completion.

Windsurf deal is dead because Claude Code and CLI vibe coding won. And Cursor’s accelerated growth has likely stalled out. Most serious engineering corps won’t be using an IDE this time next year, and concurrent tool calling will be more important anyways.

Apache attack helicopter. Pilots aim the 30mm chain gun just by looking at targets. And can see in total darkness with thermal vision. Hellfire missiles can travel 5 miles. Drones are obv the future but these things were total air superiority.

Talked to someone selling their home in Florida. Cost of ownership is double what it was when they bought, and hurricane season is soon. They’ve actually *raised* the price because they recently rebuilt the back patio for unknown reasons. He seemed worried. Blamed Trump for tariffs and slow real estate market.
