most obvious one: reply (hehe) but main thing for me: being able to continue reading where i left off. with a 🔽 arrow if i wanna reach the latest. basically giving reader the choice/optionality to read how they want instead of enforcing the “latest” message. (discord does this well)

I used to have my DCs open to everyone, but I started to get spam, so I changed it to followers only. Ideally a “direct cast request” section where I can swipe to delete would be nice to clean up my inbox.

would like to drop images into direct casts instead of waiting for macos screenshot to be on desktop -> load via image picker -> delete from desktop

So far DC's have been great for me. Just not sure if it is possible to delete DC's or group them in either a main folder or a spam folder. So ideally I'd delete or hide the spam messages or be able to group "important" casts in a shared folder. 🙏

The see who reacted to a DC cast panel doesn't minimize when you try. Forces you to close and restart the entire app. Sample screenshot included.

Search only shows you people with DC enabled, which makes sense but I think it would be nice to show you everyone and just notify/label that they are not accepting DCs, this also lets you add features later like "use warps to slide into DCs" or whatever

So I’m not sure if this fits here, but if in the middle of typing up a dc I “leave and come back” …it’s (my dc- in progress) gone. If we could keep those? My adhd self would be appreciative.

not sure if it's a me problem but they always load towards the middle of the chat when opening instead of at the bottom with the most recent. Just a minor annoyance to scroll down

i can't dismiss the list of reactions on a message. i see that it slides down, but it doesn't work for me, and then persists onto other pages. I have to kill the app to resolve it. android.
