Just to balance this out, I had covid a couple times and it's had no impact on my sickness duration or frequency What's your sleep, diet, hydration, and exercise look like? Nasal breathing I attribute a solid amount of cold management to, wider nasal passages make any congestion irrelevant

I’d wager I’m in the top 20% fitness/health/sleep/etc for 31 year old dudes. It’s really less congestion and more general fogginess, exhaustion, and an awful cough that keeps recurring.

I figured as much. Sounds like diet, lungs only want to cough when something is inflaming or encroaching on them, irritant or mucus. Mucus is also an inflammation response but it's upstream from lungs, irritant is direct inflammation in the lungs, continue tracing backwards and get to stomach

diet is berries, eggs and many teas… steak and deer meat for proteins… had to cut out processed stuff, but definitely feel a lot of brain fog (speculate on vid, personal changes, social medias, and societal state) a funk fs, don’t think it’s a forever thing, but energy is def low, no cough tho ❤️

That's the hard part right? Trial and error but the stomach and the toilet give a lot of warnings about what's happening. Change it up strictly for a month, cut everything out down to the lamest shit then work things back in. No sugar or alcohol.
