1. Excalidraw 2. Linear 3. Figma I'd like to see Warpcast make it into the list but will need to be after PMF.

Replit, Figma, Opal, Screen Studio Replit - AI coding + no need for messing with IDE setups Figma - UX of it…what I always wished Adobe XD would be Opal - seamlessly paired with hardware ScreenStudio - does one thing very very well

perplexity.ai because they provide sources with links, I don't have to google for sources. Pretty much replaced googling with perplexity unless it's searching for images, perplexity still doesn't get it 'right' most of the time.

Arc Spark Email Linear Rewind Warp Whimsical Carrot Weather WatchOS Workouts Same reason - they’re all delightful to use while getting the job done (maybe except for Rewind their UX is fucky). So good across the board.

Copilot for finance/budget Cursor for IDE Both have some AI functionality that seem to have pretty good results. Not exactly sure how extensive copilot’s integration is, but with cursor I use my OpenAI api key and it does a great job generating code, debugging, etc.

Bear (best note program I have used) WorkOutDoors (everything I need for running, using it with an apple watch) Rainbow wallet (clean, looks nice and less bugs than MM) Arc Browser (loving the default full screen view and the colors, makes it easier to focus)

IA Writer, Ableton, Figma, Linear Common themes across them all are... • great typography • minimal & functional visual design • they feel like an instrument you play, not an interface you use.

I could list a handful, but the app that I've been consistently impressed with lately and helps me for a variety of use-cases is Cleanshot. If you do any sort of screen capturing for either video or images it's incredibly intuitive.

Daylio - helps me develop healthy habits consistently. ChatGPT - A bicycle for the mind, removes pointless but mandatory admin. Notes App - Takes notes and gets out of the way. 1Password - Keeps everything in one place and “just works”
