The key with magnesium is consistency, after a few weeks of taking it starts to reset your sleep cycle. The tincture is really just if you need something to knock you out.

I didn’t realize magnesium had to be a regular thing. I guess that’s why it never worked for me. Will def try this tincture tho, seems like it would be better than taking sleep meds

way way way better than sleep meds, also don't be afraid to do a heavy heavy dose of it to feel the effects, the hops (the stuff in beer that makes you sleepy) and the valerian area powerful combo. I will take 2-3 dropperfuls if I really can't sleep and then turn of everything and just put on some light classical music in the background and am out before I know it.
