there are a lot of parallels between token communities and company culture how? it's human nature: when everyone is winning, cultures are more positive, optimistic, forward looking when everyone is not winning (or winning less often), people get nervous , more disgruntled, backwards looking the lesson here: to shift culture, create more wins sounds straightforward, right? harder to actually do the only way to navigate this is to focus on making one day better than the day before, one week better than the week before, and then after a few such weeks minds and cultures tend to shift very fast

But with company cultures winning isnt always tied to making money You can have an amazing company culture while still be struggling to survive That is the challenge and opportunity for token communities, how do you develop a positive, optimistic, longer-term focused and engaged culture that is not impacted by the volatility of the token? How do you provide value beyond the financial?

There are a lot of parallels between this and what addicts learn in recovery. “Stay clean through the next minute. Stay clean through the next hour. Stay clean through the next day. Stay clean through the next week.” You get the picture. In the early days that’s all you can do sometimes. It works though. 🤙🏼

The main thing is to find an approach to more people, and there will always be dissatisfied people, as in Farcaster people from all over the world, with different cultures, with different knowledge, values and understandings of what is happening.

More than winning it’s the feeling of winning or anticipation of a positive outcome. Imho, the foundation of web1, web2 and now web3

Just like in life, winning isn't always about the scoreboard. It's about creating value that transcends the ups and downs. Token communities can thrive by cultivating purpose and connection beyond price tags. 🌱 The real currency is culture.

I think it's actually good to be nervous when losing, I see it like our body's natural response. It takes some levels of knowledge and discipline to trust the process and keep calm

Completely agree! Small wins build momentum, and over time, they create lasting cultural shifts.
