I switch from coffee to tea. Drink a lot more water. Move slowly rest often and a lot of times I’m just staring out the window or just sitting in my hammock if it’s a nice day.

Today it’s muggy so I’m inside observing the outside. I’ve got a nice book and only a few projects at the computer today.
