few thing you learn about your phone when you take some time off of it (or using less than 30m per day) it’s not addictive because it’s that engaging it’s just such an easy default for your attention when your attention is not otherwise occupied it kinda makes your hand feel bad it’s a terribly unproductive device compared to the laptop let alone a desktop or widescreen monitor

yea, when i was in banking, when you went to a meeting, the managing directors brought ipads, the analysts brought lenovo thinkpads, lesson in there

Makes me wonder if it’s the form factor or the apps on it. If you had nothing but apps designed for production and not consumption would that change? Honestly idk
