1.5 years into being a founder: my biggest surprise has been the physical toll. Any others go through the same journey? 6 hours in a desk chair, 8 hours laying down on my couch, 14 hour work days. Trying to fix that now! But it’s like starting at square one. If I run 3 miles I’m wiped.

Nothing dogmatic, just consistency: - consistent sleep (min 7-8 hours every day) - consistent diet (eat simple, fewer ingredients, lightly cooked) - less (ideally no) alcohol - consistent movement routine — I like walking, stretching and Pilates - sunlight and fresh air / breaks from screen
