What you’re seeing is a fused (or conjoined) tomato, also called fasciation or fruit fusion. This happens when multiple tomato flowers fuse together before or during blooming, resulting in one large, often oddly shaped fruit made up of several that didn’t fully separate.

It’s a fused tomato haha. Basically the flowers developed oddly and didn’t separate so 3 tomatoes are conjoined!

I believe this one is a Berkeley Tie Dye! First time getting a fasciation though.
