lived there for a few years, all over the city. top tips: - Get bike(s) - if you have kids you can also get a ‘christiania bike’ + put them in the front :) - Visit Christiania - go past ‘pusher street’ (unless you want something to smoke) to where the cool houses are around the lake. Lots to discover

1. Ride a bike everywhere 2. Visit the Louisiana Museum of Modern Art. It's about 30km north of Copenhagen. There's a train that'll take you there. The museum is situated on the coast of Oresund and has an interesting collection and sculpture garden

for the kids: the little mermaid and Tivoli (or Bakken) old architecture in the centre: Rundetårn (round tower) and see if you can get a guided tour in one of the castles (Christiansborg, Rosenborg, Amalienborg) if you like outdoorsy: kalvebod fælled when the kids are asleep: Christiania

we enjoyed the danish architecture center, depending on age of your kids there could be some exhibits they like and they have a giant slide lol if there are art heads in the group, louisiana museum is well worth the trip! i’m sure there are many opinions on cardamom buns, but loved hart bakery’s 🥐-ish version
