I graduated from college in 2019 right when the world shut down because of COVID. Finding a job felt impossible. I had no income, and the stress pushed me into a dark place. I was depressed, broke, and completely lost.
But instead of giving up, I decided to rebuild myself from the ground up. I started focusing on my health, my mindset, and my future. GOD IS GOOD🙏
Being an ectomorph, building muscle wasn't easy. I didn’t gain results overnight. It took consistency, patience, dedication, and a whole lot of discipline. Every rep, every meal, every drop of sweat it was all part of the process.
And now, looking back, I’m proud of how far I’ve come.
